Paypal is NOT supporting the buyers ... this board is full with stories of people being ripped off by sellers sending wrog or damaged items and in order to get your money back Paypals only option is for the buyer to return the item with tracking number !!! now in many cases the return shipping costs exceeds the value of the item in which case Paypal does not agree on a refund being procesed !!! By doing this PayPal supports FRAUDsters !!
in my case Pay[pal never looked at the FRAUDULENT details of my purchase which i have well documented ... all email instructions & decisions comeing from Paypal seem to be automated ... NO one AT PayPal really cares about ebay custumers being ripped off by sellers (in my case an US seller !) ...
