I made a paypal account years ago and didn't bother with it after that, anyway. I'm setting up a new account and it still saved my credit card information on the old account, I tried to locate it but I can't find it! Is there a way just to find it using my name, credit card number? - This is beginning to annoy me. That and where is the ACTIVATE NOW button?! I have my confirmation code but can't locate it. Help!
Thanks!

Hi brenton,
Without knowing the email address on the old account, you wouldn't be able to locate it on the website. This is a situation where we would need you to contact customer service. They'll be able to locate the old account using your card number and get it closed.
I hope this helps! 😄
