Trying to delete shipping address linked to PayPal that can not be found

I know this topic has been posted before but I have extras to add to my issue.

I have a countless list of PayPal address I no longer require that are listed in my eBay Shipping Address.

Most of the shipping address listed I cannot delete as there is not an option.

The eBay shipping address states the address is linked to my PayPal address and I have the option to make it my primary shipping address. I go to profile and try to update my address on PayPal and the countless shipping address that are listed in my eBay shipping address  as well as clearly stating they are linked to my PayPal address are not mentioned and shown in PayPal and PayPal's profile.

I also have tried to activate the unwanted eBay shipping address as my primary shipping address and I do not receive an option to delete the unwanted shipping address that eBay states are still linked to my PayPal address.

Some of the unwanted eBay shipping address have been added through PayPal via retailers websites and not eBay.

This is a big flaw if eBay and they're PayPal users cannot remove previous recorded address from countless retail websites that the end user does not recall what website, what specific shipping address they used at PayPal purchase and if the retailer is still in business.

I don't have an answer to this but I'm in the same situation. I'd like to change/ delete some addresses as well as occasionally change my set primary address and can't figure how to do it.

To change Primary shipping address:

In eBay account address section:

Click on the change button for Primary Shipping Address

Change button link is located farthest right next to Primary  Shipping Address

After you click the Change link you are in the settings for Update Shipping Address.  

You will see Make Primary on the right side of your screen on the left is the name and shipping address and far left it is stating PayPal address: This address is lnked from your PayPal account.

Click on the farthest right make primary button link next to the name and address you want to set as your primary address
