Okay, to clairify I used my paypal account to pay for a car part. However it turns out I didn't need the car part and I had the money refunded.
My rent is past due and I've been waiting for this money to come back into my account and it says "available in your Paypal cash plus account" which I have never used or even seen up until now. How do I access this money and bring it into my existing bank account?
I have an account linked and my debit card linked with no option whatsoever to transfer money.
Please help!
