i need help with this fast please

Hey, I have problem with this. When I want send money to my second account they will send me this: We are unable to submit payments at this time. If this problem occurs again, contact Customer Service. If you continue to experience problems, contact Customer Service. Help, and thanks  Jiří.

If you have 2 accounts of the same type then its against paypal rules as x1 must be personal and the other x1 business, so that could be causing it.

Other then that i think your only option is to phone customer services as advised so that they can view your account for any issues.
