bank transfer refused

Hi, i have just tried to withdraw my paypal funds to my bank which has been fully verified. the transfer has been "refused" yet the money is gone from my paypal balance and has not been put back in, what do i do? is this an error or is there a process i have to wait for to get the money back, this is quite an inconvinience.

Did the name on your paypal account exactly match the name on your bank account?

Is it showing as pending or completed?

If the bank has declined it then it will bounce back to your paypal account balance but you will be charged a small fee.

Allow 14 working days and if no show contact customer services for a trace.
