Unable to transfer money, send email due to "unable to process during this time"
Hi there, for the last week i have been trying to transfer funds from paypal to my bank account. Each time i fill in the details (which are correct) it says it cannot be processed and to try again later. I have attempted 10+ times with no success.
So i tried to email, and the same message came up and to try again later.
I looked into this as it suggested i needed to update outstanding details, however everything is up to date.
