Depending on which card you have:

Q: How do I redeem my Reward Points for my eBay Mastercard?

A: If you opened your account prior to July 16, 2019, your Reward Points are redeemed as a statement credit. You will automatically earn a $10 statement credit for every 1,500 points earned.

If you opened your account on or after July 16, 2019, you can pay with points on eBay. For every 1,500 points earned, you can redeem for $10 when you checkout on eBay.

For more details on how many points you have earned, log in to your account at ebaymastercard.syf.com.

Q: How do I redeem my Reward Points for my eBay Extras Mastercard?

A: To redeem your Reward Points:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click “eBay Mastercard” and you will be transferred to the Synchrony Bank servicing site.
  3. Click “Rewards & Offers”.
  4. Select the Category you want to explore for reward redemption.

Note: You can only access the rewards options once you have made a purchase, earned points and received a billing statement.

EBAY EXTRAS MASTERCARD® REWARDS LOYALTY PROGRAM

REDEMPTION OF PAYPAL CASH REWARDS. Once you have transferred PayPal Cash Rewards to your PayPal account, the availability to use PayPal Cash Rewards will depend upon whether or not you have a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account. If you have a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account, PayPal Cash Rewards will then be available for use by you for making payments and purchases and sending money like any other PayPal balance, subject to the terms and conditions of your PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account. If you do not have a PayPal Cash or PayPal Cash Plus account, your only option will be to transfer your PayPal Cash Rewards to your bank account or debit card linked to your PayPal account.
