Hi , my brother has sent me money from France (euros) to my British pay pal account. It’s been 2 or 3 weeks now and in the transactions it says money received/ pending. I have confirmed my card and authorised my email yet there’s no way for me to take the money out? It also says my balance is 0? Does anyone know how to get the money out and into my bank account?
