Stuck on 'Checking your info' when going to pay

Hey everyone.
Tried to pay for an item on ebay.
I get to the paypal account stage to log in and confirm payment and after typing my password I get stuck on the checking your info screen and it doesnt progress further.

First time this has ever happened. Tried it on both my phone and PC and get the same result.
Tried to delete Cookies and Cache.

Frustrating spent an hour of my day 'trying' to pay....

Same problem with me since yesterday. Ebay and PayPal supports reply in a style  - "you are a fool/dummy yourself - clean cookies, change browser etc." If you google for the phrase "ebay Checking your info" you'll find that the same problem was in the past. I wonder who works in those supports - housewives from Bombey slums? 😖
