Hi, whenever I receive a payment, it automatically goes into a bank account instead of staying in Paypal balance. Why is this happening and how do I fix it?
Thanks

When you accepted the first payment you had an option, either open a paypal cash account to hold a balance OR have the funds auto transferred to your bank account.
If you want to hold a balance then read the link.
