Received payment but balance is still zero

Hello, I recently started with PayPal. I got paid and got an email from PayPal to Claim my money. I did and my balance is still zero even after it said successfully claimed

I am sorry to know that your payment is not reflecting on your balance. Please review this link to check why you can't find the money received in your account. If you still haven't found the funds, I would recommend you to contact our customer support by clicking Help&Contact at the bottom of our website so that our advisors can look into your account and help you accordingly.
