Pending payment

I have a pending payment in paypal for aed179.64 wherein the payment didnt go through.. I want to cancel this payment. It is in my notifications and stated as pending.. I need to cancel this payment.. What should i do?

If pending for 30 days with no cancel option then it will time out.
