I was in negative Paypal balance. I topped my account up with Bancontact, making my balance 0. Paypal has charged that same amount again and I have nothing added to my balance?
Give it a few days for the bank payment to reach PayPal for depositing into your PayPal balance. Just because the funds have left your bank account, doesn't mean PayPal has it to process right away.
