For over 4 years now I've been trying to link my bank cards to Paypal. Not just one card, but all the bank cards I have are rejected by Paypal. I've been taken back and forth by Paypal and the banks. Paypal claims the issue is with my bank, my bank claims the issue is with Paypal. Can anyone imagine how that feels?
Paypal has made it so water tight that one has to struggle even to just click and get rid of the account completely. I've just had it with this Paypal and South African banks. I tried to link FNB, but the card was declined. Instead the declines by FNB made my statement look dirty because I was trying to link the card everyday and 5 or more times a day. I went back to the bank in person and even attempted to get a new card, but that never worked. I tried to link a Nedbank card and it was declined. I tried to link a Capitec bank card and it was declined.
I am at a wit's end and Paypal is useless when it comes to providing effective assistance which results in getting the problem solved. I contacted Paypal numerous times but my issue was never resolved. Please can someone tell me where to end this Paypal account. It gives me nothing but heartache.

Not sure how you are linking bank to withdraw to but here's how:
And link a credit card instead of debit.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
