Hello usually I can withdraw money from PayPal into my debit card account within seconds. This time as soon as I clicked on transfer it said your payment is delayed. I need the money right now as I am trying to complete a transaction. I am standing here not being able to get the money. I was always able to count On PayPal. I have never had any issues. What is going on?
