PayPay keept 1€ on account and rather charged it from my bank accoun

So I had 4.98€ on my paypal account and I made a purchase on twitch which was 4.99€, so when I made the purchase paypal took only 3.98€, keept 1€ on my account and charged 1.01€ from my N26 bank account where I had only 0.39€. Can someone help what to do next and why that happened, also can I transfer that 1€ to my bank account so I would 1.39€ (or at least 1.01€) on my bank account so I can pay to paypal

The 1euro charge is actually a temporary preauthorization from your credit card company or in your case PayPal, basically giving the merchant the green light to charge your account for the full amount when your final purchase is made. By preauthorizing your account 1euro-+, they don’t have to place a larger hold against your account. Because your account didn't have enough for the full amount for Twitch because of the preauthorization of the 1euro, the rest was taken from your bank.

Keep in mind that this may happen every time you make a payment depending on the merchant so make sure you have and extra euro or two for the preauthorization.

So what I have to do now??? do I need to add founds to my bank account, make a transfer to paypal? I'm confused because It didn't take any money from my bank account. And how much time do I have to resolve this???

If you have the 1 euro handy to put in the bank quickly, that would be the best bet. Adding funds to the PayPal from the bank would take a few days and no counting on when that preauth will be released, could be when merchant captures the payment in a day or two
