I transferred money from my PayPal account to my bank card more than 2 weeks ago using faster payment, I still haven't received the payment! PayPal claims the transaction has been completed. I contacted my bank who say they haven't received any notification of the transaction and need a TRN to track the money, PayPal apparently do not use TRN, so my bank can't do anything about this. I contacted PayPal multiple times.The last time one of their employees said they will raise an inquiry to track the money. That was 10 days ago. I still haven't heard anything from anyone. Contacting PayPal is nearly impossible. How did my money just disappear into thin air and no one is taking responsibility or willing to help??!!
