New to paypal

Hey I'm new to using PayPal. I currently have £9.96 in my account and want to with draw it into my bank account but it says I can only withdraw £0.49. Could anyone tell me why that is? Thanks

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

Are the funds all converted into sterling ie £££ or is some in another currency?

The money is in usd and euro. I believe its cleared. Thank you

Then you can't withdraw funds in another currency, you would need to convert them in your balance first and then withdraw.
