I had withdrew 11.74 dollars out of my Tilia account.. To my PayPal account.. I've got a confirmation email from Tilia that the transaction has been successfully processed.. But I still didn't received the money.

Hi @Vishal_12

 

I can see why that would be confusing. I would recommend working with the merchant to verify what email address they sent the payment to. I would also check to make sure your email address is confirmed so you can receive the payment.
