Mistake from Paypal employee

Hello,

 

I have a case number PP-I-9167874 closed in my favor and I should have a refund since 3 months. Paypal employee closed the case without clicking the button to make the refund and until now I didn't got my refunds although I have sent email for support and they confirmed to me that it's the employee fault and I should get my refunds and they have escalated this issue to the main department all of this happened 2 months ago and until now no response from the support and I didn't got my refunds back! 

 

Should I bear the employee fault?

 

Please tell me what can I do?

 

I got sick from all of this ignorance and negligence!

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
