I want to add balance or fund in my paypal account in the selection I can't find Kuwaiti Dinar currency so that from KWD to USD. how can I rectify this issue. Thanks in Advance.

Unfortunately Paypal does not support the Dinar.

You can select KWD as a payment method in your PayPal.me account on the payment page from a currency drop down. It would be interesting to see if you can convert into KWD and have it appear as a KWD balance in your PayPal.com foreign currency balance.
