One of my family reside in Belarus and he wanted to send money without using a card. Is it possible to send money though bank account only from Belarus to India? I know that we don't have the facility to pay directly with bank accounts in India, but I wanted to know if its possible for someone in Belarus.
Not possible to link a bank account to Belarus PayPal accounts, only cards. And if a card is added, they can only send goods and services payment to India, not personal payments which means the recipient will be charged PayPal fees and the payment may be subject to 21 day PayPal hold so recipient has to click "Add Tracking", select an order status and then ask the sender to confirm receipt to release funds to recipient.
