I transferred money to my card

I transferred money to my card and its says completed but i didn't recieved anything in the card

Completed means paypal have completed your request to have the funds sent to that card, it does not mean they are already processed to that card.

Paypal say allow up to 30 days but its usually a lot less than that ...country dependent.
