ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ON HOLD FOR 180 DAYS, Still I can't withdraw my funds. I've added new a bank account and debit card. Still cannot withdraw

You are allowed to withdraw the funds as long as you are over 18 then and the account is in your legal name. Sometimes Paypal request further documentation from you before you can withdraw those funds.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
