How to send funds to friends without fees?

Send to a PayPal account that is opened also in your country with funds from your PayPal balance. If you pay with card or send to a PayPal account opened in a different country, there will be fees for either you or the recipient.

When you send the payment, be sure to mark it "Sending to a friend".

Thank you! It is same country but l don't see option to mark sending to friend. Where is that option?
