I'm sorry to hear of the difficulties that you are experiencing when trying to withdraw funds from your PayPal account to your card. If you can see that the funds are in your 'Available Balance', it sounds to me that our internal security system may have blocked your recent withdrawal attempt to your card.

In this situation, we would advise that you try the payment again at a later stage. If you also try deleting your temporary internet files on the device that you are using, and try this on a different browser.
