I'm sorry to hear that you do not have access to your card's online banking and can't confirm your card as a result. The card cannot be confirmed until you have either access to the online banking or have received the statement for the statement period that covers the time that you added the card. The confirmation code will appear next to the confirmation charge that was sent to the card when the card was added.
