Card Verification

Hi there,

I added my card today and I was waiting for the verification number but it wasn't arriving, so I tried several times to have the verification code, after a while I received all the codes but when I was trying to enter the last code, it didn't work and this happened even with the other codes, now I have the notification to verify my card, but every time I click on it, PayPal requires me to add a card, even if there already is my card and it doesn't give me the chance to enter any code. What should I do?

Hi @ikedz,

 

I'm sorry to hear of the difficulty that you're having linking and confirming your card. It may be that the multiple attempts caused a problem. Customer service should be able to offer a solution to this. It may require their intervention to allow the card to be added and confirmed.
