I've linked my bank account towards Paypal and I have purchased something recently from the Ubisoft store easily and quickly. However in more recent events, I am now unable to transfer money to my Paypal wallet or complete online transactions.
Everything is all confirmed and I am able to use it, but this has happened, I require assistance if possible
It sounds like PayPal's internal security system might be blocking the payment from completing. In most cases, allowing the system 72 hours to reset prior to resending the payment again assists with resolving the issue. If you're still unable to complete the payment after 72 hours, you might need to try using a different funding source.
