Unfortunately, PayPal request that users not use their PayPal account to buy and sell cryptocurrencies.

Let us clear the question. Why someone assumed that a transfer FROM (emphasizing this because this transaction is a deposit/top up or whatever you call that) Coins.ph to Paypal account will be used to buy/sell crypto? Can we just say its only an alternative funding for paypal balance?

I think we are not answering properly the question here. Maybe specifying the process of transferring money from coins.ph to PayPal is the best answer. This is also what I want to know, as I need to use PayPal to pay something overseas.
