Business account, money "hold"

I know why PayPal holds money, but I'm a streamer on twitch and all my donations are done via paypal donation link on my channel. I don't see anyone else with this issue, but I for sure can't wait 21 days like this for DONATED MONEY. Some people eat via their paypal account, and I'm starving because they're holding my money. I don't sell product, I can't provide shipping, I don't understand what they expect people like me using this service to do. 

Any help/info would be appreciated.

Do these steps to get money sooner (may not be available for some countries):

 - Click Activity at the top of the page.

 - Find and click the payment transaction.

 - Click Add Tracking Info.

 - Select an order status: Order Processed.

Then ask sender to do these steps to confirm receipt (may not be available for some countries):

 - Click Activity at the top of the page.

 - Find and click the payment transaction.

 - Click Confirm Receipt.

 - Click Yes to confirm.

I get donations LIVE while I'm streaming, on twitch. I can't send a request to every single person as there are hundreds of different people sending me money. I'm sure you guys know what donations are within the gaming community??
