Bank transfers failing?

I'm trying to transfer money from my PayPal account to my bank account, and I keep getting the message "Please check your information and try again." I have checked my info, and it's fine. I see this topic has come up before, with the answer being "it's happening to everybody." Do I wait this out? What should I do?

Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in USD?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?

***Once, a long time ago.

***Was trying to do it to my bank account.

***Yes, the first time I got the message.

Are the funds cleared and not pending?

***It said "available" under the amount. 

Are the funds in USD?

***Yes.

Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?

***That's a good question, actually. I'll check on that. 

***In the meantime, I was able to transfer the funds to my debit card.

I use my middle initial on my bank account and don't on my PayPal account. Surely that's not enough to make a transfer fail. It's the only difference.

'May' do, best ask customer services for confirmation on that one.

You have to type out how much you want to transfer. This is really not clear initially and the error message doesn't help.
