Bank Account Balance

My bank account status in Paypal is currently "checking"
Then i transfered my paypal balance to the wrong bank account which is the "checking" account.
The paypal account summary says that the transfering is completed already and yet i dont received any money on my account.
How to solve/refund my missing paypal balance?

We are currently tracking a known issue where some withdrawals in the Philippines may be slightly delayed.
