About my transfer

Why is it that my transfer is complete but the money doesn't reflect on my account. Its been 15days already

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

Transfer from where to where???

From PAYPAL TO BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES ACCOUNT.

Have you withdrawn funds before?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account or debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in your countries currency?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?
Is any debit cards billing address the same as your paypal account address?

yes fund is cleared and transferred to bank is completed. But doesn't reflect on my Prepaid Card on Bank of the Philippine Island.
