I withdrew money from my PayPal account twice on the same day, it has taken 72 hours for the 1st payment to go in which went in fine but the 2nd payment got refused? Same bank account though does anyone know why the 2nd withdrawal would of been refused? Will I now have to wait till Monday for them to start the 72 hour withdrawal process?
