I need to make a withdrawal from my Paypal account on my VISA card in EURO. But paypal again gives me a very low conversion rate and wants to return me in LEK currency. I want the withdrawal in EURO. How can I act? The bank that issue VISA Debit Card in EURO is in Albania and i want the money from paypal in EURO Currency not in Albanian LEK. How can i Act? For example, i want to withdrawal €2000 and paypal give me a conversion 1 EURO = 118.00 LEK , while in Albania is 1 EURO = 123.40 Lek. How can I transfer the money in EURO to EURO in my debit card?
