How can i withdraw my 8.5 dollars from my paypal account. I don't have a U.S bank so i can't add bank account and routing number and my card is not eliglble . Does exist other way ?
One option is to request a paper check - there's a $1.50 fee (non-refundable), check cannot be mailed to a PO Box and it can take up to 2 weeks to receive. Another option is to send the money to a trusted friend or family member - assuming the accounts are in the same country and the money is coming from your balance - there's no fees.
