When I go to claim money I've been sent from a mate it says it has been accepted and claimed, yet it won't appear in my account?

Were the funds in the same currency you use ie not an international payment?

Have you verified the email address that the message was sent to or number if it was a phone?

What does it say on the senders end, does it still say unclaimed or completed?
