my name is ch <removed>, i purchase a product from my friend for that she refund me 128 usd dollars ,now in my account 201.95 dollars are present but this 201.95 dollars not withdrawl to my account please solve my proble to withdraw my money to my state bank of india card ending with <removed> thank you

You can't withdraw to a card, you have automatic withdrawals in your country to a linked and confirmed bank account as per link.
