Hi, I am paying the fees for my toefl test and I used PayPal. PayPal require me to add a payment method to continue, so I input my IBAN and date of birth,agree the term of condition and click save, but PayPal insist me to "Please add a bank or card to complete the payment". I am sure that all my inputs are correct, and I have already linked my bank account to PayPal. what should I do?
