i can't Transfer money from my paypal balance into my linked bank account , i get this message " Right now, we’re not able to complete this transaction. Please try again later. " my linked bank account it's already confirmed .
I have been trying to withdraw money for over a week. I don't get a message I just get to the page with the buttons to choose where the money is coming from and going to and the buttons don't work.
