why still hold

it says

after i updated the tracking info but its still on hold after 2 days stop holding the money its urgent money !!!!!!

Does tracking show online delivery of the item to the buyer using one of paypals supported carriers + 1 day?

My friend just use paypal to transfer me money not buying or selling anything because he is overseas now thats why we use paypal its just nonsense to hold for 21days

 Well you didn't say it was a friend sending money, you said you updated tracking and why was it still on hold so i told you and gave you the link for more information....so....you're welcome.
