Hello, I am new to paypal and signed up for ONE interaction to receive money. I originally requested money and had not been charged a fee. I had to cancel it because the gal wanted to use a different card. I denied the payment and sent her another request for money. This time it took out $156!! Does anyone know why I was charged the second time but not the first?
On a second note, I put the tracking number in, and it was delivered yesterday, how long does it take paypal to update my tracking so I don't have to wait the 21 days ?
