Does anyone have a solution to this problem? payment did not transfer to a debit card. PayPal show me this Text again and again (things don't appear to be working right now PayPal transfer money) My details and all is ok but why show me this message at end

You can withdraw to a linked and confirmed bank account in UAE but not a card.
