When i want to link my visa card i can't 

message  will come saying that we are not able to process your

request right now,Please try again later .

i know i have opened the account from another country Albania

But now I'm in Russia and i want to link my card from Russia

Thanks for your question. Albanian accounts can only add cards from Albania or a U.S. bank account. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. 

I would recommend that you close this account since you will not be able to use it very well from Russia.
