so im trying to send some money to a friend in need, so they sent a money request and whenever i try to send the money it prompts for me to enter a card. so i go ahead and enter my card information and it accepts the card but then it just goes back to prompting for me to enter a card. i have tried two different cards as well as linking a bank account and nothing works.
how would i do that? i add the card info and then hit the save option and then nothing more comes up.i just end up back at the pleas link card page. it dosen't mention any verification process. the very first time i added my cards when i set up the paypal account it verified them with a $1 withdrawal and refund. but for this payment it dosen't prompt anything as far as verification.
i believe that my card is automatically verified. i have no option to verify it under the wallet tab, and like i said when i initially added the card when i set up the account, it charged and refunded the card. so im thinking there is something else going on maybe?
