I posted an item on 2nd june 2020. I posted it through ebays packlink and the carrier was hermes. Hermes said on the tracking it was delivered on 10th June through the buyers letterbox but the buyer says he hasn't received it and has escalated a claim against paypal on his credit card. I escalated a claim with ebay and it was found in my favour and case closed, it said I could access the payment, but I cant as paypal are still holding it. Paypal have just asked for more documentation which I have uploaded, packlink ref and hermes tracking number etc..the packlink was paid for with paypal. I'm just wondering what are my rights regarding ebay seller protection as I have done everything I should.
