Helo, Please tell me, Can I transfer my money from my credit card to my pay pal balance? If yes, how can I do this?

Not possible. It is against PayPal user agreement to transfer money from any type of card to the PayPal balance.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
