operating an online store from outside the usa

im operating an online store from kuwait and i want to accept payments through paypal, 

but how can i withdraw my money to a bank account as if i do not have an american bank account?

Without a US Bank Account, one possible work around would be to send the funds to someone else (family member or trusted friend) that has a US Bank Account.  (Not sure if that would work for you but, may be your only possible option.)
